Razer Nari Ultimate charging issues

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Razer Nari Ultimates and have been generally pleased with them while charged. However, trying to charge them causes all kinds of issues. I will list the usual ones:

• I have only tried charging them through my desktop PC's usb port as instructed, but they seem to never finish charging when left plugged in overnight. Is this due to power saving options? Can i charge them in a regular power outlet instead to make sure they recieve power throughout the charging session? I have tried turning off the windows 10 USB power saving option and will edit this post if that fixes this specific problem.
• If i try to use the headset while charging, most of the time it will keep making the USB disconnect and reconnect sound until they disconnect. Sometimes they have kept working during voice calls, however. This is a huge issue since the battery life isn't that long to begin with, which means they eventually always run out of battery when i want to use them.

I hope to get some help on here either from the Razer support team or other users. I really like the design of the headset and the haptic feedback, so it would be sad to have to return them for another headset or brand. Thank you in advance.
