Why doesn't My mic work with the splitter? Electra v2

I just got the Electra v2 and I am having issues with the mic. I have the splitter plugged into the correct spots, however, I get no feed through the mic. Is there any drivers or programs that I need?

Besides your sound card driver, you won't need anything else. Try to directly plug in the headset to the mic port and/or into a smartphone to check if the mic still works. In any case, please send me a PM so I can help you further isolate the issue.

That's a good sign. Now try to plug the headset into the mic port of the PC. If it works, then you'll need to get a new splitter cable.

It works in another computer, but not in mine. Is it the soundcard or a problem with the port?

Try reinstalling the sound card drivers. If that does not help, you probably have a faulty mic port. Anyways, let's continue this discussion via PMs.
