Naga Trinity - Issues with buttons 10-11-12

Hi, I am using a Naga Trinity for playing WoW. I have assigned my buttons 10 and 12 to strife left and right respectively, and my buttons 11 to move backwards. Since few months I've being encountering an issue with those three buttons: from time to time, my character start to move in a direction as if I was holding the corresponding button (I have no other keybinds assigned to those movement). The only way to go back to normality is the remove of the side panel and putting that back.
