Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2019 #-Key can not be configured in Chroma Studio

Hi I have a problem with the #-Key on my Blade 15. If I just use the preset effects there are no issues but if I want to make some on my own (what worked until yesterday) the #-Key can not be configured. It shows on the right that a effect is put on to it but the Key stays black. I hope someone can help me have a nice day, bye.
