synapse 3 wont install

synapse 3 wont install , it starts tyhe process and then at 26 percent it stops , i get a message saying it cant finnish this please contact a system admin and then it stops and says error code 5

Im having the same problem. Cant even uninstall synapse. Anything i do, it will get to a certain point and just stop every single time.
