Razer cynosa v2 lighting not working properly in synapse 3

Hey All, I have recently become a Razer product owner with my new computer I built and am having some trouble getting the lighting to work properly with my Razer Cynosa v2 keyboard. I have a Razer Chroma ARGB Controller for my fans, a Razer Mamba Mouse and the Razer Cynosa v2 Keyboard with Synapse 3 installed. In Synapse 3 I can get all products to register and sync as long as I use Quick selections for the lighting effects but once I switch to Advanced Lighting options the backlighting on the keyboard cuts out (keyboard goes black) and even though the keyboard shows up in Chroma Studio and I can select it as an option for lighting nothing changes when I select a lighting effect for it. Everything else works just fine (controller and mouse) and I can select the keyboard as a whole or individual keys but it won’t accept any changes. Doesn’t even show previews of attempted changes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3 several times. I’ve tried resetting the device and rebooting and I’ve tried to look through the help forums but I can’t find any reason this would happen.
