Global Shortcuts settings force me to use Ctrl+Shift at the beginning...

Hello everyone. Until recently, Synapse allowed me to choose any combination of keys I wanted, to bind a shortcut for softwares and apps. I was mostly using the FN key with any other key I wanted. Now anytime I want to bind a combination including the FN key - I'm forced to use the Ctrl+Shift at the beginning. It's very difficult to use bindings that way. Bellow is a screeshot of me trying to bind FN+F1 to open Thunderbird, until a month or two I could done it easily. Now I'm forced to use Ctrl+Shift. My Keyboard: Blackwidow Elite. OS: Windows 10 LTSC Using Synapse. Thanks in advance...

I am having the same issue, I have made it right ctrl for now because i dont use that for anything else really. but would like a fix for the fn key.
