Payment Authorization Failed? Wire Transfer

So I was trying to buy myself The new Razer Blackshark V2 on the Razer EU store but when I clicked 'Buy Now' I keep getting 'Payment Authorization Failed'. My payment option was Wire (it was the only option I had given to me, I'd prefer Debit or Paypal) so the process for paying through wire transfer were supposed to come after the Authorization, I assume (and heard from other people on the net). My thought are, they currently don't have stock but if I read the forum correctly the product wont show up in the shop or They don't ship to Bulgaria but if that's the case why do they give me the option of picking Bulgaria as country of shipping. I can purchase the Razer Blackshark V2s here but it cost a little more and I really wanted to get the 'Special Edition' for it green outlines. If anyone could let me know on why I'm having this problem and if I should just give up on getting the special edition please let me know. Thanks in advance.
