Razer kraken TE worst headset ive ever seen

hello i got kraken te first time at january my sis brought it from uk. And it wasnt working properly, mic was so so low, thx wasnt working neither. On youtube i cant listen songs etc. so many problems i had. Then i talked with support, and amazon offered me to change with brand new headset i and support though its tecnichal problem. Then yesterday i took new one from sis and its the same shit? Thx doesnt work turns in on and off doesnt changes anything, and mic i need to scream to my friends hear me. Ive been using razer kraken 7.1v2 for 8-9 months and its awesome. Razer made a huge mistake by selling this headsets and synapse 3. Its buggy. And %80 of times synapse didnt even see my headset it says please connect a device or smt. Im so mad rn cuz i paid a lot for a shipping as well cuz i trusted it. They should just refund our money to all te owners. 5$ headsets driver is better than this i cant believe its razer.
