CYNOSA LITE keybord wont work with chroma

I have very recently purchased a RAZER CYNOSA LITE keyboard. Everything worked well until i wanted to try and customize the lights in the keys. It wont allow me to select individual keys to assign effects or different colors of light, and the options i get shown on the countless guides and help videos aren't present in the program when i use it. All i am allowed is to assign one color and effect to the entire keyboard, i cant even get it to just light up in one color all the time. i really hope that someone can help, because it is driving me insane.

    Hi all, I have exactly the same problem. Cannot apply a specific effect or color to a single key or part of the keyboard. Possible selection is limited to all the keyboard. Is this a bug or a limitation of the functionalities of SYNAPSE 3 with the RAZER CYNOSA Lite ? Fyi, i run SYNAPSE 3.6.624.61513 which is the last version available as today. Any idea ? Thanks for your help

    Could you send me a video showing the behavior via PM? Save it via any online drive account, then paste the shareable link via PM including your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs.
