Razer Naga Trinity Drivers

I have the same problem

I was having issues with my naga double clicking or failing to hold click so i was trying to figure out what was wrong with it. while looking someone told me i should delete and reinstall the drivers so i did..... only i cant reinstall it. When i first purchased the mouse install was easy i just plugged the thing in basically in synapse did the rest. but now synapse cant see the thing, and i cant find the drivers to manually install it anywhere. please tell me im not screwed here.

What steps have you done so far? Did you try running both Windows and Razer Synapse updates? Please perform the following steps below:

• Change the Windows Mouse Double-Click Speed. The click speed is another Windows option that you can change to fix a double-click problem.
• Open a File Explorer window. On the View tab, click Options, then in the resulting window, on the "General tab", you'll see the "Click items as follows" header.
• Ensure to check if the radio button is ticked/checked under "Double-click to open an item (point to select).

Also, check the speed by going to the Windows option under Settings>Devices>Mouse, and click additional mouse options in the right sidebar. If you don't see it, drag the settings Window to make it viewable. Once done, please select the mouse properties control panel and go to the "Buttons" tab, you'll find a double-click speed option. Move the slider per your preferences. You can double-click the folder icon to the right to test it.
