Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 sound issues

Good night,

I recently acquired a new Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 and have sound problems with it, anyway I already have an order for a replacement from the seller...

Basically using 7.1 mode with everything properly connected and set up, when I go above 30% volume on my sound card, the weapon sound effects start to cut\\fail and the louder I go the worse it gets and 30% is very low volume even with Razer controller maxed out.

Volume on the headset controller doesnt matter, can be low or max as soon as I go above ~30% on my sound card it start to malfunction and a bit louder the weapon firing effect disappears and I just hear loud echoes and the gun shooting goes muted...

It's not my sound card, even using the external speaker outputs on the Razer controller my 5.1 speakers clearly play fine even at 100% sound card volume. Same connecting my old Stereo headphones to the front input while set up to 7.1 the weapon effect from Front R\\L channel plays pretty fine up to super loud at 100% with 0 problems. Front R\\L is the channel where most of the sound effects of my character guns tend to use mostly in most games, I even tried all the Razer inputs on the front but in all of them the problem happens when testing just the front channel, low volume effects play fine, loud effects start to cut above 30% volume...

PS: anyone ever had the same problem and knows what might be wrong even though I already asked for a replacement, I'm waiting for DHL to pick it up...

Does anyone please know what to do?
