My mouse 4 button on my Basilisk V2 randomly stopped working one day. I could not find any specific article talking about my issue. The rest of the buttons on my mouse work as they should. Any help would be appreciated.

    Does the issue happen when Synapse is closed or disabled? Were there any changes made to your system/device before the issue? Connect your mouse to a different computer and check if the issue persists.
