Razer blade stealth 13 keyboard lights

I got my computer from a guy and they were working just fine changing colors and whatnot. I was signing in and they randomly turned off. I have tried everything I can think of but they will not come back on. The synapse program is no help. Any ideas?

    Are you still in contact with the person who sold you the laptop? Also, were there any changes applied to the system before the issue? Please isolate the Chroma lighting concern by following the steps from this link. Let me know if it helps.
