Nommo Chroma speakers keep shorting out and switching off.

I have my new Nommo Chroma speakers connected via USB to the hub on my Razer Chroma laptop stand. The speakers keep cutting out and switching themselves off. Sound on my 2019 Blade Stealth then reverts to my Kraken Tournament Edition headphones. As you can tell I have gone to great lengths and great expense to buy native products to ensure compatibility. What is the problem with these speakers? Synapse is completely up to date. I can see all of this stuff on eBay soon including my Core V2. Black Adder adder and black widdow.
