Razer Blade 14 / Razer Thunderbolt™ 4 Dock Chroma

Since the Blade 14 does not have a Thunderbolt connection, it will not work with the Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma, correct? Or does the dock still work with USB-C (only more slowly)?
