razer kraken kitty edition disconnecting and reconnecting

I've been using these headphones for about 4-5 months now, for the past 4 weeks now they've been disconnecting making this awful popping sound then connecting again.. I tried different USB ports, it doesn't happen with movement sometimes, other times it will cut out if I like stand up or when I pick them up, and other times I could be shaking my head and it's just fine. The microphone also cuts when it disconnects, so talking on discord is literally impossible.. I'm admittedly not great with computers, could anyone tell me what might be wrong? If you need more information about what's going on just lmk.
