Razer Ornata Chroma keys suddenly stopped working...?

I've had this keyboard for about 2.5 years and things have been fine. However, the keyboard lights up rainbow which I never told it to. Then, when I press a key, it changes the lighting mode to a green "reactive" type. Technically, the keys respond, but they won't type anything. Uninstalled drivers, reinstalled Razer Synapse, and restarted my computer (to reinstall drivers) but it was still glitched (I have Windows 10 btw). I got the keyboard new on Christmas, so it was probably bought from amazon or the official website. Thank you in advance :)

Does the issue happen when Synapse was running in the background? Let's do a hard reset on your keyboard by following the steps from this link. Should the behavior persists, send me the serial number of your device via PM.
