Raiju Tournament Edition issues

I've updated the firmware, and still the performance of this controller is awful. Seems to be so slow and laggy. Wired and wireless is the same. Maybe slightly better wired but I bought this control for the wireless option that it's competitors don't offer. Also the 3.5mm jack doesnt work with my headset. I'm returning mine due to the lack of communication from razer on these issues. My first Razer purchase. My last also.
