Razer Phone 2 Charging Port Loose

I am using a razer phone 2 and noticed the USB port starts to be loose. At times the charging cables seemed to be not able charge the phone (need some fiddling). Anyone has faced issues like this?

    Can you try plugging the phone into a computer and transfer some data files? Try to use another USB-C cable and check if the computer detects the phone. If it doesn't, please send me the serial number of your Razer Phone 2 via PM. I can use it to verify its model and check the warranty status. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
