Razer Ornata V2 media keys not working

Recently I've bought this keyboard and installed Razer Synapse.
Media keys are not working but volume wheel does work. I've read multiple threads and tried several things:

- Restart computer
- Restart keyboard
- Hard Reset to keyboard
- Reinstall Razer Synapse
- Enable and disable multiple windows services
- Close all programs

Nothing worked for me.
Anyone had this same issue? Any help would be gratefull.

Try to isolate the behavior by performing the following steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your Ornata V2 via PM. That way, I can verify its model and check its warranty status.
