No sound coming from Razer Kitty BT Edition (stereo)

Hi, I bought the headset just the other day and when I first started using it I was having issues where I was not getting any sound when I selected Headphones (Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Stereo). The computer in sound settings registers there is sound output but I hear nothing itself. However, when I select Headphones (Razer Kraken BT Kitty Edition Hands-Free AG Audio) I can hear from my headset but it's not good quality sound. I had reset my PC a few times and then suddenly it worked for some reason. Today I was having issues with my PC not seeing my headset as a mic so I disconnected the headset and uninstalled all the related drivers. I got the mic to work after unplugging and plugging in the bluetooth 4.0 adapter but now I'm once again having issues with not hearing anything when I select stereo. I have reset my PC countless times too today. Has anyone had this issue before? Are there any suggestions? Many thanks!
