Razer Cynosa Chroma out of the box double typing issue

Hello, got a new razer cynosa chroma. Out of the box when I type the f key I get a df. Deinstalled the software. Nothing changed. Is there a way to change that or do I have to send the keyboard back?

Does the issue happen while connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer? If you have installed the Razer Synapse, please disable or close the app and check if the behavior persists. Should the issue persists, please contact your reseller or send me a PM if it's purchased directly from RazerStore. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
