Razer Naga X disconnecting

So I have this for about 2-3 months and has worked great until last night I heard disconnect sound and it stopped working but was still lit up. I have tried everything reset pc checked drivers reinstalled synapse swapped to every usb. Plugged old one in and it works fine. So right now I plug it in and it works for about a min every thing seems fine then just shuts off and disappears from synapse and my hardware but still stays lit up. Any advice would be appreciated.

      Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Have you also tried reinstalling the drivers of your device? Please send me the serial number of your mouse via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and find possible solutions. Let's take it from there. I'll lock this thread now.
