Razer Huntsman Elite Top Row Not Working

As the title states, recently, all the keys including the esc key, function keys ,prt sc, scr lk, and pause break keys just arent working. The glow works but when I press it it does nothing and does not give the ripple lighting effect. I don't know what to do I've tried reinstalling safe boot and windows/drivers updates so I believe its a problem with the physical keyboard. There isn't any problems with water damage or sticky keys so Im really stuck. To make it worse, because the esc key isn't working I can't reset the keyboard with esc+ctrl+space bar. Any solutions?

When did the issue start? Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into possible solutions. Let's continue from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
