Razer Pro 17 Won't Power On

Hi there, New Razer Pro 17 (RZ09-0406CE63-R3U1), and when I go to power on the laptop, it will not power on. To get past this, I keep having to press the Power button for 10 seconds to force a shutdown (even though I shut the laptop down and am not reapplying power). I searched your forums and Support page and found that it could be an issue with Windows Power Management. I tried disabling Hibernation Sleep, but no success. It did not do this when I first received the laptop. I did not restore from backup, so all the settings shouldn'y have changed. Suggestions? Thanks!

    Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? Did you make sure that it is fully charged when you're trying to turn on the laptop? Please follow the steps provided by this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your laptop via PM.
