Razer Nari Ultimate mic quality in discord

I just bought a Nari Ultimate and was super excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the quality of the microphone seems to drop immensely in discord. if I do a sound test in synapse they sound great but if I do one in discord it cuts off the ends of my sentences and is overall way worse than in synapse. Does anyone experience something similar or know what's going on.

    Are you using Discord via the website or the app? Is Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link.
