Kiyo won't focus

My Razer Kiyo won't focus anymore (not even manually). It was always a little iffy, but disconnecting and reconnecting used to solve the problem. That no longer works. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. That fixed it for about a day. Now it doesn't work again. Razer says it's out of warranty and I can't seem to contact them about it as a result. Any suggestions or did I just get a dud? Given that I've only had it about 18 months, this is very disappointing.

    Same happened to me bro. I have had it for 2 years and the mic was robotic and squeaking. Sooner the headset stopped working fully. And my windows did not recognize my device anymore. Very disappointing.
