Device not showing up in razer synapse 2.0

I recently bought Razer kraken pro v2 headphones and i registered them to my account but for some reason they arent showing up in my synapse, only things that are showing are Surround pro and Naga Epic. I tried to reinstall synapse and download it again but it still didnt work. If you know how to solve this problem please help.

    Hello! I'd just like to clarify that since the Kraken Pro V2 is an analog headset, it will not be recognized by Synapse 2. Let me know if you have any questions.
