Hi, I am user my new RB 15 advanced QHD RTX 3070 with an external display(Dell U2720Q). The display is plugged in via USB C. Whenever I start a game the external display goes black and I cannot get it to turn on until I exit the game. I have tried plugging the display into both the thunderbolt and the type c port on the left/right side but no luck. How can I fix this?

    Have you tried connecting the external monitor using an HDMI cable? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following the steps on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to verify its model and look for other possible fixes for this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
