Razer Hammerhead TW left side dosen't work

I bought the Razer Hammerhead TW a couple weeks ago, and I use it for like a week and it was working fine. after I had to recharge it I put it in the charge and when I tried to use it again the left side isn't work at all. I then tried to disconnect by pushing and holding both for 6 seconds, and then double tap on both earbuds to pair them. That did not work either. I tried to do what in this page no thing helps as well, I tried to connect it in 2 different smartphones and left side is not working as well, when I try to connect it with Audio application keep showing unable to find your device. Is there any way to fix it? Thank you.
