Razer Synapse 2.0 not showing customisation options

have a Razer Naga and Razer Tartarus Chroma (TC). The Synapse suite detects both devices but notes that the TC requires Synapse 2.0 (which I have used for years for both the TC and Nostromo) to allow customisation. I have downloaded, redownloaded, and uninstalled the drivers and software multiple times and keep ending up with Synapse 2.0 launching and giving me 3 options:
  • "Register Product Warranty"
  • "Visit Razer Store"
  • "View Compatible Devices"
I don't know what else to do to regain customisation of my TC as I used to have full access. I'm not sure if it's because of the new Synapse overriding the old or whatever. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This issue is rather odd. Performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse 2 should be able to fix this. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
