I bought the Razer Kraken x and i messed up the activation code and I cannot access the surround sound software.is there a way to get a new code?

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the activation code. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
