[Siren mini] super loud static noise

I have tried almost everything you can as long as traditional microphone troubleshooting goes, Ive also searched many forums but none have the same issue as me and that is static noise that is basically louder then me. This happened after Ive upgraded windows but as I said I tried everything that I thought could fix the issue but none did. So please if you have encountered same issue, please link me the thread or make a comment bellow this one. Thanks


Btw here is recording of the microphone, you can clearly see that the background audio is clearly moving but I wasnt manipulating with the microphone and was completely silent, so yeah

Have you checked if the behavior happens while the Razer Seiren Mini is connected to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persist, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can initiate a case on your behalf.
