RAZER CHROMA LIGHT STRIP SET - Switch off Lighting

Hello, I recently purchased these lights and currently they wont turn off when "Switch Off Lighting" is selected. I can manually turn them on and off via Synapse So far I have re-installed Synapse and the lights are connected via the provided USB attachment. Any ideas? Aaron

    That's odd. Have you checked if the same behavior happens if you leave a checkmark on lighting settings under the "When the display is turned off and idle for minutes"? Also, try logging in as a guest user and see if there's a difference. I’ll be locking this thread now.
