Razer Hammerhead BT not charging

Someone please help. I was trying to charging my Razer hammerhead bt but the red lights just turn on for 5 sec then turn off. I let it for 2 hour then I connect to my handphone but the percentage of the battery is 20%, it doesnt increases. I need help.
