I scratched my 7.1 code for my Blackshark V2 please help

My code doesn't even work at all says that it is invalid so I cant hear any sound

Set your keyboard format to ENGLISH US. We have seen in the past, different keyboard format like ENGLISH UK does not work properly. RAZER is a US company, so product codes / activation codes work well with ENGLISH US keyboard format.

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card/activation code. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message.
