I accidentally destroyed my activation code for 7.1 surround sound, is there any way to fix this?

Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Let's go from there.
