  • My mom threw out my activation key for the 7.1 surround app and i am asking for a new one. I can send proof of everything related to my headphones.
    • i've been crying myself to sleep for the past 6 months due to the current circumstances of me being unable to listen to my desktop audio in 7.1 surround

    Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. Send a PM to @Razer.Speedcr0ss for more information
