Speaker (THX-Spatial Synapse) does not give sound

Hello everyone, i have problem about thx spatial synapse. It's not giving sound in game(csgo) or in window, i reinstall synapse but it doesn't work. Can somebody help me maybe ??(I can play cs go with razer audio controller- game but it is not like thx spatial so i have to find to solution)

    Were there any changes applied to your system/device before the issue? Have you tried running the Windows sound troubleshooter? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. That way, I can verify its model and look into possible solutions. Also, please gather your Razer Synapse logs.
