ACTIVATION CARD DAMAGE

Have a read of the following thread /damaged-activation-code-kraken-x.78350/#post-768014 Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, thrown out Activation codes do not get covered by the RAZER's limited warranty and will be subject to approval. If the code is somewhat still visible, try using a English US keyboard format. We have seen in the past other English keyboard format cause some activation issues. Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• Name
• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

The scratch card was very hard to scracth and with this. I got damage to the point I no longer recognize the first code and cant even redeem or use the app. Please advise. I already registered my device

Let me check if you are eligible for code generation. Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, together with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use it to verify the model of your device and assist you further. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Upload it on Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message.
