I have accidentally damaged partly the scratch card activation code for 7.1. I have registered the product under my account, these are newly bought. How can I get another code? Thanks.

    Let me verify the model of your headset and check if you are eligible for code generation. Do send me the serial number of your device via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. Also, include a photo of the scratched card. Upload it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
