Blade S13 w/ TB4 Dock advice please.

I have a 2020 Blade S13 (GTX 1650 Ti) and am currently looking to upgrade to use 2 monitors alongside the laptop itself. Naturally, I've been looking at Thunderbolt 4 docks as it is supported by the laptop, but have noticed that the maximum power delivery available as pass through charging is 90W. The power brick that was supplied with the laptop charges at 100W. Given that the graphics card only runs at full power when plugged in, would this 10W discrepency affect its performance and if so, by how much? - Could I potentially plug the supplied power brick into the laptop as well as the TB4 dock? or would this just be asking for trouple? i.e. battery damage/bloating. Additionally, Thunderbolt 4 docks claim that they can run dual 4K monitors at 60Hz. Would the refresh rate increase as the resolution decreases? For reference, the monitors I have bought are 1080p 165Hz. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
