About four days ago I ordered Razer Hammerhead V2 Pro headphones. When I received them today, I wanted to register them, but a message appeared; "item serial number is unknown" even though I entered everything exactly. What can I do now? Greetings.

    Do you mind sending me a photo of the device showing the serial number via PM? That way, I can see things from your perspective and verify the serial number on my end. Upload the photo via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link in your message. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
