My Razer Nari Ultimate's sound is gone?

I need some help. I got myself a Razer Nari Ultimate headset, i got it for 5 days and now i just woke up, started my pc and my headset wont make any noise. Its fully charged, its even connected with my synapse but i just dont hear anything... I never had the problem. It made some really weird noises weird, like there's a phone near

Have you tried plugging your Nari Ultimate into a different PC or into your phone through the 3.5mm audio jack? If no, please do so and check if it still won't produce any sound.
