Razer nari mic issue

I just got my new razer nari ultimate. When I first plugged it in to charge it up I tested the mic to see how it sounded in discord. It was fine until I unplugged it and used it wirelessly now discord is picking up the input from the mic but it is extremely quiet, I know it is not discord because when I plug in the microphone it sounds fine. Does anyone know why this may be
