I just purchased earlier today. After scratching, it damaged the paper, removing some characters of the code.

    Sorry to hear about what happened to your activation card. Please be aware that a damaged or lost activation card due to mishandling is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Take note that the code generation request is subject for approval. Allow me to communicate with our Support Team by sending me the following: a. A photo that shows the damaged activation card b. A photo or screenshot of the proof of purchase c. A photo that shows the device's serial number from the device or original box. Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
