Razer Viper Ultimate wireless dongle stopped working - options to replace?

I use the mouse for work and gaming and really loved it. Just today, it stopped responding despite trying multiple USB ports and machines. Looks like the dongle bit the dust. I see on the replacement parts page that a Death Adder v2 Pro dongle replacement is available - would it work with my Viper mouse?

    Razer Viper Ultimate is not compatible with the Razer Death Adder V2 Pro dongle. Please PM me your device's serial number so that I can check if there is an available dongle replacement for your mouse. Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
