Razer Cynosa V1 and V2 becomes unresponsive

I have to power off computer. Very annoying. Tried this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkmYiAB3BlE But then they just enter demo mode. Sometimes I can change lighting Synapse, but keys don\\t work. Sometimes one or the other bugs out, sometimes both.

Does the behavior happen even when the keyboard is plugged into a different USB port computer? Ensure that the device is connected directly to your USB port, not on a hub. Also, if both keyboards are detected in the Razer Synapse 3.0, try resetting them by connecting them one at a time, then clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of the app and selecting reset from the side options. Otherwise, request a replacement if both keyboards are still within Razer's limited warranty coverage. I’ll be locking this thread now.
