Razer Kraken V3 X whining and buzzing noise

When I plug my headset into my pc I get a high pitched whining noise coming from my left ear and another noise that sounds like static. The whining is not affected by the volume of the headset, yet the static noise is. Although, the whining becomes more prominent when apps are using my microphone, but the static noise is not affected. Plugging the headset in different ports does not affect either of the noises.
